Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 97                   
"An Act relating to enhanced 911 emergency reporting systems; and              
providing for an effective date."  Without objection, it was so                
ordered.
